Regular priced product purchased online and or exchanged within 30 days. Refunds on regular priced items will be provided in the original form of tender.
At time of delivery please ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept delivery from the courier and contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns for courier shipments can be done through mail. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
For courier cancellations, this can only be done if the product has not been shipped. If your article has been shipped we’re unable to cancel the order for courier shipments. For further information, contact Customer Care at email@example.com.
To report furniture damaged in transit, contact our Customer Care Center within 24 hours of delivery. To report a furniture defect, contact Customer Care within the specified warranty period. To cancel your order prior to delivery or pickup, 24 hours’ notice is required. Furniture returns accompanied by an original receipt can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
All floor models, products marked ‘as is’, or damaged products are final sale and not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Customers are responsible to be available during a scheduled delivery time window. Customers are also responsible for any costs associated with a redelivery, if they fail to be present for the scheduled delivery.
